- Protein is necessary to give you the energy that you need to get through your busy days. Fortunately, many grocery stores now sell pre-cooked meats that are perfect for tossing on top of your favorite pre-made salads.
- For a healthy lunch on-the-go, make a whole wheat wrap filled with lean protein, low-fat cheese and chopped veggies.
